For LootShopy, we should create a customer-facing version because LootShopy sells its own Print-on-Demand products, while Qikink is a fulfillment provider.

Before I write the final Terms of Service, please give me these details:

1. Effective Date

What date should appear at the top?

2. Legal Business Name

What should we use legally?

Example:

• Your personal business name

3. Customer Support Email

Please provide the official email address.

4. Business Address

Do you have a business/registered address to display?

If not, tell me: “No address for now.”

5. Minimum Age

My recommendation:

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Order Cancellation

Because products are Print-on-Demand and production may start quickly, choose one:

A. Orders can be cancelled only before production starts.
B. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
C. Give customers a specific cancellation period, such as 2 hours.

7. Intellectual Property & Designs

Should we include this rule?

All LootShopy designs, logos, graphics, images, and website content are owned by or licensed to LootShopy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
